Can I get money back refund?

You can request of 100% refund on the Hosting services within 7 days of the purchase of hosting services if we are not able to meet our SLA of network and server uptime. No other requests for refunds are entertained other then network and server uptime SLA. This does not apply on control panels. Any payment made for control panel is not refundable as we have to pay further to our vendor for control panel. If your money back guarantee is expired than you are not entitled for the refund. If you do not want to continue the services from the following months than you should cancel the services before the invoice is generated. First invoice is generated 2 days before billing date. If your invoice is generated than you are not entitled for the refund. You will get full refund if you prove that we failed to deliver you the services and meet the SLA. If you could not provide enough supporting documents then you will not be entitled for any refund. We reserve the right to issue you the refund or decline your refund request. We have right to decide how much refund we should issue if client want to have refund without providing any proof that we fail to provide services or meet the SLA. For refund first you will have to cancel your account by opening a ticket from your billing area. You will receive an email back confirming you were cancelled at such time. If you don't get this email back within 24 hours, we didn't receive your cancellation request and you will be held responsible for any charges as a result.
